- Description
- A healthy 51 year-old male presented with one month of decreased vision in the left eye (20/200 OS; 20/20 OD).Fundus examination revealed an elevated orange-red juxtapapillary lesion inferotemporal to the optic disc with associated macular lipid exudation. OCT showed a hyperreflective lesion with subretinal and outer retinal fluid, while fluorescein angiography demonstrated leakage. Systemic evaluation, including brain MRI and renal ultrasonography, was unremarkable, with no family history of von Hippel–Lindau disease.
