    Description
47 year-old male with a 15-year history of diabetes mellitus presented with mild bilateral ocular irritation .Fundus examination of both eyes revealed radially distributed paravenous pigmentary changes with scar-like chorioretinal atrophy distributed along retinal vessels, with sparing of the macula as well as the discs . Findings were bilateral and symmetrical. Fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) showed staining of the choroidal lesions without leakage, neovascularization, or signs of active inflammation.
