    Description
Follow-up OCT B-scan after intravitreal aflibercept and pneumatic displacement demonstrating interval displacement and partial resolution of the intraretinal hemorrhage, with residual hyperreflective intraretinal hemorrhagic material and persistent posterior shadowing. Scattered hyperreflective dots are visible in the vitreous, consistent with residual associated subhyaloid/premacular hemorrhage. There is improved visualization of the foveal contour compared with the initial presentation. Findings are consistent with evolving hemorrhagic and exudative changes secondary to a ruptured retinal arterial macroaneurysm
