Topcon - Description
- Color fundus photograph demonstrating a ruptured retinal arterial macroaneurysm along the temporal macular arcade, associated with dense premacular/subhyaloid hemorrhage, surrounding intraretinal hemorrhage, and circinate hard exudates extending toward the macula. The findings are consistent with acute hemorrhagic exudative changes secondary to macroaneurysm rupture.
