- Slit lamp photograph of a 75-year-old man with Endophthalmitis and Anterior Dislocation of Lens in the left eye. There is a temporal Gor-tex suture that has become exposed. Exam confirms a Hypopyon, 2+ Stromal Haze and 4+ Mixed Cell. Surgery for removal of lens/suture was recommended, along with treatment with Vanc/Ceft injection. Patient is to continue follow up care postoperatively.
