    66 year old female on HCQ medication for SLE since 11 years. k/c/o HCQ maculopathy since 4 years. Vision OU 6/6,N6. Colour vision 21/21. FAF shows bulls eye maculopathy, OCT shows significant outer retinal segment loss with classic flying saucer sign.
