    Description
67 year-old male referred in July 2025 for evaluation of choroidal lesion, not previously documented. Initial exam showed pigmented lesion with orange pigment and SRF inferior to disc. Bscan showed minimal elevation, unable to assess vascularity. Recommended close observation. Pt returned in Nov, fundus photos showed evidence of growth, thickness on bscan remained stable. Pt requested close observation for another 3 months. Most recent photos, exam, and bscan show unequivocal growth and more orange pigment. Pt will be scheduled for plaque brachytherapy pending CT scan results.
