    Description
    76 year old male referred for new elevation along scleral buckle (repair done elsewhere in 2005). New tear on buckle at 1:00, SRF guttering around posteriorly to 3:00 causing a localized area of re-detachment. Barrier laser performed around tear and localized fluid to promote stability and decrease risk of progression. Will observe.
