Fundus photograph of a 19-year-old woman with Coats' disease OD. Findings include foveal lipid exudation, dilated irregular telangiectatic vessels with aneurysmal dilations and venous beading in the temporal region, as well as capillary hemangioma (Shields' Stage 2B). Patient's BCVA was 20/100.

FA frame showing blocked fluorescence from the massive lipid exudation. There is also hyperfluorescence secondary to vascular leakage and hypofluorescence from the hyperplastic RPE. Superotemporal to the fovea there are areas of telangiectasia.

Collage color photo and FA image of the same patient with Coats' Disease demonstrating telangiectatic aneurysmal lesions in the temporal periphery, associated with hard exudate deposition posteriorly. FA (AV phase) demonstrating hyperfluorescent aneurysmal lesions as well as peripheral capillary non perfusion. Note the posterior hypofluorescence where the hard exudates are located.

50-year-old female who began to experience change in vision in the right eye. Some pigment epithelial changes were evident and the fluorescein angiogram revealed some retinal telangiectatic capillaries and perifoveal leakage. The left eye clinically revealed no pigment epithelial disease, but the fluorescein angriogram revealed cystoid edema associated with telangiectatic vessels surrounding the a major portion of the parafoveal region.
