A 30 year old man presented with blurred central vision, micropsia and metamorphopsia. The visual acuity measured 20/50. OCT revealed subretinal fluid and angiography revealed a classic smokestack pattern. Six weeks later, the visual acuity had normalized and the OCT showed resolution of the subretinal fluid.
