A 72-year-old male patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus presented to the retina clinic with a shadow in the central visión of 2 days in the left eye.
BCVA OD:20/20 0S: 20/20.
Eye fundoscopy showed diabetic retinopathy findings and subhyaloid hemorrhage without foveal involvement in the left eye.
