59-year-old male patient. Had 0.1 BCVA at the right eye at time of first examination (TIME 0). On OCT and FFA we had seen macular edema with some vitreous adhesions. After 3 anti-VEGF injections the edema has subsided considerably (TIME 4 MONTHS) but there was still an elevation at the fovea due to the vitreomacular traction. BCVA did not change. The patient is sent for surgical removal of vitreomacular traction.

Right eye of a diabetic 59-year-old male. BCVA at time of presentation (TIME 0) was 0.1 (Snellen). OCT and FFA showed macular edema with vitreomacular adhesions. Following 3 anti-VEFT injections, macular edema decreased and vitreomacular traction became more obvious (TIME 4 MONTHS). The patient is referred for removal of vitreomacular traction.
