Large SRH secondary to ExAMD with recurrences; pt was treated twice with surgery and once with antiVEGF monotx. A PPV/srTPA/air was intitially performed with good result. A large SRH recurred and the same surgery was repeated with good result. For the second recurrent SRH (with a moderate amount of subfoveal heme and do not have images here), pt continued with Eylea at regular intervals (and no surgery) with good visual result.
