    Description
    A 56 year-old patient after IOL reposition surgery with transscleral fixation. The pupil is irregular, there is no reaction, iridodialysis for 12 hours. IOL in the posterior chamber, the position is correct. Destruction of the vitreous body. Fundus: the optic nerve disc is pale pink, the boundaries are clear, E/D-0.6, the vessels are narrowed, the course is not changed. In the macular zone, the reflex is blurred. In this picture, the shape of the pupil is similar to the image of a person looking sideways.
