Zeiss Cirrus Photo - Description
- A 56-year-old with high myopia was examined for flashes and floaters. He had a PVD with no tears seen on a careful dilated, scleral depressed examination. He returned the next day with a dark cloud in his vision. Examination revealed a new vitreous hemorrhage and a relatively posterior retinal tear just past the superotemporal vascular arcade.
