- Left fundus photograph of a 64-year-old immunocompromised male with silicon oil in-situ who presented with extensive subretinal abscess that progressed to endophthalmitis and retinal detachment. Mycobacterium TB was grown on vitreous culture. Exudates cleared after initiating antitubercular therapy.
