- Fundus photograph of left eye of a 13-year-old boy with endogenous aspergillus endophthalmitis with retinal detachment and silicon oil in-situ 10 days after first presentation. Aspergillus was seen on smears and cultured from his vitreous. He had disseminated systemic aspergillus infection following use of oral steroids for nephrotic syndrome.
