This patient was sent to me for OCT and Fundus photos. While watching my colleague perform the OCT the lens dislocation was obvious. I shot several and honestly could not see the zonules but knew the iris/lens edge was dead on. I see now the reflection of my thumb holding the lid up. The patient was extremely cooperative, I do love those kind!
