Clarus Zeiss - Description
- A 14-year-old male presented with a history of ocular trauma to the left eye (OS) caused by a rubber projectile. Fundus photography revealed concentric chorioretinal scars consistent with choroidal ruptures surrounding the optic disc. A temporal lesion with hyperpigmented and hypopigmented areas and a cicatricial appearance was also observed. Diagnosis: Chorioretinitis sclopetaria.
