    Slit lamp photograph of a 49-year-old who presented after loss to follow-up 8 months status post-recurrent rhegmatogenous macula-splitting retinal detachment repair with a hyperoleon consisting of emulsified silicone oil droplets filling 50% of the superior anterior chamber.
