    Fundus autofluorescence image of a 62-year-old woman with high hyperopia (>+8.00 D) presenting with decreased vision one week after cataract surgery, demonstrating autofluorescence changes involving the posterior pole and macula corresponding to the area of choroidal elevation, consistent with postoperative uveal effusion.
