    Description
Wide-field FAF shows multiple discrete and confluent hyperautofluorescent vitelliform deposits involving the posterior pole and peripapillary region, with surrounding mottled RPE hypoautofluorescence, consistent with Autosomal Recessive Bestrophinopathy, reflecting widespread lipofuscin accumulation with chronic RPE dysfunction.
