Nidek - Description
- A patient with acute Vogt–Koyanagi–Harada (VKH) disease presented with bilateral multifocal serous retinal detachments. Right eye color fundus photographs demonstrated extensive posterior pole retinal elevation, while swept-source OCT revealed large neurosensory detachments with subretinal septae and subretinal fluid, characteristic of acute VKH.
