    Description
A 40-year-old myopic female presented with a 3-year history of a progressive enlarging blind spot in her right eye, accompanied by new-onset photopsias over the past 3 months. Fundus autofluorescence (FAF) of the right eye demonstrates a characteristic trizonal pattern diagnostic of acute zonal occult outer retinopathy (AZOOR), delineating areas of normal retina, an active hyperautofluorescent demarcation line, and zones of inner atrophy. Additionally, a peripheral temporal operculated retinal hole was noted in the same eye.
