OPTOS - Description
- Widefield color fundus photograph showing a large, elevated pigmented choroidal mass nasal to the optic disc with adjacent exudative retinal detachment. Inferiorly, there is prominent yellow subretinal exudation/lipid deposition tracking along the detached retina, supporting the diagnosis of choroidal melanoma with exudative changes.
