    Description
    49 years old male came with sudden diminution of vision in both eyes. On examination anterior segment were normal. Posterior segment of both eyes shows multiple flame shaped hemorrhages with cotton wool spots with disc and macular edema On systemic examination, it was found to have raised BP 180/118 mm HG with raised homocysteine level. He sent to cardiologist for further management. He was given intravitreal antiVEGF and vision was restored
