- 50/F who was previously operated with vitrectomy & membrane peeling along with oil tamponade for PDR+TRD presented with sudden DOV 2 months after primary surgery, she presented with recurrent VH, which gave appearance of starry sky on OCT, patient was managed conservatively and recovered without any surgical intervention.
