- Description
- Left eye montage fundus fluorescein angiography of a 14 year old boy showing stage 2A (Shields' classification ) coat's retinopathy (telangiectasia, exudation not involving fovea). FFA shows multiple telangiectatic vessels with aneurysms appearing like light bulbs with extensive peripheral capillary nonperfusion area .The light bulb aneurysms glow on FFA-appearing as silent stars marking the vascular struggle of coats retinopathy. Patient was treated with multiple sittings of FFA guided photocoagulation.
