- Purtscher’s Retinopathy Right Eye. 40 y/o WM, involved in MVA. No LOC. Hx: Orbit floor fx Left Side. Initial Encounter for Closed Fracture. Subhyaloid Hemorrhage x3 OD. Contusion of Eye OS, VA sc OD 20/400, OS 20/50. Optos California FC and RF and FA performed 36 hours post. Orbit Fx L Side expected shortly.
