    Patient diagnosed with optic neuritis in both eyes. It is considered that the patient may have undergone a microfilial chorioretinitis in both eyes. The was referred for electro-physiologic tests and to the department of parasitology for further investigation, however left the country and prior to testing.

    Patient with some loss of vision in his left eye and was seen for an evaluation. Patient also complained of pain in left eye with eye movement. VA was 20/400 in the left eye. Fundus photo and HD-OCT imaging show optic nerve swelling and fluid underneath the retina. A neuro-ophthalmologist will be consulted for further evaluation.

    This 38 year old female was first seen by me in 1988 with a history of "optic neuritis" in the left eye, diagnosed in 1971.

    Right eye fundus of a 32-year-old male presenting with unilateral reduced quality of vision, pain and headache for 5 days; visual acuity was 20/25. There was trace RAPD, white conjunctiva, no intraocular inflammation, mild disc edema and congestion, normal retina and macula. OCT was normal. A diagnosis of optic neuritis was considered, later revised to posterior scleritis with contiguous papillitis.

    Young female patient came in with red and irritated eyes which were sensitive to the touch. Patient also had vision loss in both eyes. VA was 20/80, right eye, 20/60, left eye. Fundiscopic exam shows sub retinal fluid in the right eye surrounding the optic nerve. Patient will start steroid therapy to reduce any other inflammation that is active
