    A rounded area of central hypoautofluorescence corresponds to a traumatic macular hole, from loss of RPE/photoreceptors. A curvilinear band of altered autofluorescence between the disc and the hole represents an associated choroidal rupture, concentric to the optic nerve — the classic contrecoup pattern of blunt trauma.

    OCT b-scan through the same macula confirming a full-thickness traumatic macular hole, with elevated, separated neurosensory edges and no visible operculum — typical of traumatic (vs. idiopathic) holes. No vitreomacular traction or epiretinal membrane is seen, supporting a pure traumatic mechanism.
