Multilobular Serous Retinal Detachment as the Presenting Feature of Presumed Acute Vogt–Koyanagi–Harada Disease

Color fundus photograph showing multilobular serous retinal detachment of the posterior pole with optic disc oedema and hyperaemia, consistent with acute inflammatory choroidopathy. Presumed acute Vogt-Koyanagi–Harada disease was diagnosed based on bilateral exudative detachment without retinal breaks, disc inflammation, and no history of ocular trauma or surgery.
