Wyburn Mason Syndrome

Left eye (30-year-old male) with Wyburn-Mason syndrome shows multiple tortuous, dilated vascular tufts over the macular area, forming tangled loops with no exudation. Patient noticed decreased vision for four months. No gradual decrease in vision in last four months. BCVA was 6/12 in the left eye and 6/6 in the right eye.

This fundus photograph of a 45 year-old female l, showing a superiorly located, spherical, highly reflective silicone oil globule. She presented with floater for one week. Silicone oil removal done two year ago.

Silicone Oil Globule in AC

A 17 year-old male presented with diminished vision in the right eye for 2 days. He underwent lensectomy with Vitrectomy and silicon oil injection two years back. The eye was aphakic with silicone oil globule protruding into the anterior chamber.
