    33 yrs young male pt c/o dov in right eye since 1 months vision with correction in right eye 6/9 on fundus examination total disc pallor with sclrerosed vessels found .Im left eye unaided vn is 6/6 and fundus wnl Both eye ant segment wnl. No systemic illness Adv urgent carotid Doppler and blood investigation
