Leukemic Retinopathy in Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

A 28 year-old male with a history of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and sepsis presented with a bilateral, acute decrease in visual acuity. Fundus photography demonstrates widespread, multi-level retinal hemorrhages, including preretinal, intra-retinal, and subretinal hemorrhages extending into the periphery, as well as prominent Roth spots.
