    FA image from a 65-year-old woman with Multifocal Central Serous Chorioretinopathy. As the dye was working through her veins additional pathology appeared. Monitoring her progression and considering PDT if condition persists.

  • Retinal Macroaneurysm (Left Eye)

    72 year-old female has visual complaints of central vision changes ongoing for 4 days. Patient was acutely symptomatic with an intraretinal hemorrhage due to the retinal macroaneurysm. We had a fun little laugh as this retinal macroaneurysm form a shape of a tick in her left eye. This photo is a side-by-side of the color photos and the autofluorescence done. She is being treated by her general doctor for elevated blood pressure.

  • Bot Fly Larvae

    57 year-old male referred for decreased vision from optometrist. His only complaint was floaters and the letters were moving on the screen. He had never been out of the country, but is a farmer. Upon examination, our retina specialist found a bot fly larvae with numerous tracks made in this patient's retina. Patient was treated with laser to kill the larvae which was successful and he has been monitored yearly.
