A man in his sixties presented after sustaining trauma to the right eye from a rock several months prior. Examination demonstrated a freely mobile, hydrated crystalline lens in the vitreous. He was scheduled for pars plana vitrectomy and lensectomy as well as scleral-fixated secondary intraocular lens implanation. He was subsequently lost to follow up. He returned three months later with acutely worsened vision which occurred after he initiated an exercise regimen that involved dynamic standing forward folds repeated fifty times daily. Examination demonstrated anterior prolapse of the crystalline lens. The planned surgery was subsequently performed.
