Post Meningitis Retinitis with Papilledema

Right fundus of a 42-year-old lady shows severe papilledema and a patch of retinitis 2 weeks following treatment for meningitis which was likely viral. She presented with bilateral papilledema. Serology for toxoplasma was negative. The papilledema and retinitis resolved with oral steroids.
