Fundus photograph of right eye and which is fellow eye of 40-year-old female with recent onset of central distortion of left vision. Note the presence of angioid streaks radiating outwards from optic disc. Treatment with intravitreal anti-VEGF injections was required for fellow left eye. No treatment required for this right eye.
