    Right fundus photograph of a 54-year-old male with liver disease secondary to alcoholism was admitted with pyelonephritis and infective endocarditis (culture negative). He complained of sudden vision drop in the right eye followed by left eye. He was treated with right eye vitrectomy and left eye tap + IOAB but expired 48 hours later.
