A 42-old-woman presented with a recent headache and blurred central vision on the right. Visual acuity measured 20/25 OD versus 20/20 OS. Examination revealed typical multiple creamy white subretinal lesions in the superior macula and peripapillary region of the right eye. OCT was normal. Angiography revealed classic early blockage and late staining of the multiple lesions.
