    Mild-mod central leakage on FA. OCT appears to have an outer defect at the photoreceptor level. Minimal response to anti-VEGF / steroid - the OCT does not markedly change from this appearance.

    OCT appears to have an outer defect at the photoreceptor level. Minimal response to anti-VEGF / steroid. Significant response a few months after focal/grid as seen here. EZ defect at last visit post-laser as seen here.
