A 72-year-old white female with complaint of floaters and cobwebs in the left eye. She noted no change in visual acuity. A macular toxoplasmosis scar in the right eye limited the vision to 20/400. The patient had had a scleral buckling procedure with diathermy for retinal detachment 20 years prior. She had a known cataract in the left eye. Her past history was positive for Paget's disease.
