KODACHROME PICTURES:
Color pictures of the right eye show a disc with a 0.5 cup. Macular views show a fine epiretinal membrane nasal to the fovea.

Color pictures of the left eye show a disc with a 0.5 cup. Macular views show a serous pigment epithelial detachment involving the entire fovea. There is mottled pigmemtation in the foveal center.

FLUORESCEIN REPORT:
Fluorescein angiogram transit in the left eye shows significant mottled hyperfluorescence underneath the fovea with a diffuse pattern of leakage in the late frames.

Mid and lates of the right eye look normal.
