CORRECTED VISUAL ACUITY: OD 20/100, OS 20/20

Color photographs of the right eye show subretinal fibrosis and a peripapillary distribution. There are no views of the fovea. There is scattered pigmentary change peripherally with another area of fibrosis just inferonasally and there are a few areas of vascular sheathing. The left eye shows a normal disc and vessels. The fovea looks normal. Peripherally, there are scattered pigmentary changes of alternating pigmentary clumping and atrophy similar to what is seen in the peripheral of the other eye. There are a few areas where the vessels appear to be somewhat sheathed.

The fluorescein angiogram starts in the right eye. There is a large window defect in the peripapillary area where there is a great deal of pigment drop out. There is no NET seen and no area of abnormal hyperfluorescence is seen.

In the left eye, the fovea appears to be entirely normal.

IMPRESSION:
Multifocal choroiditis with a large area of peripapillary subretinal fibrosis in the right eye. There is no choroidal neovascular membrane seen.
