36 year old male who was seen with a three-week history of poor vision. As you see, he has a mass-like lesion under the retina in the superior temporal macula of the left eye. There was some subretinal hemorrhage and an exudative detachment which extended inferiorly to involve the fovea. His peripheral retina and vitreous and his fellow eye were unremarkable.
