A 23 year old white female who presented with floaters and blurred vision in the left eye for 2 weeks. On examination, her vision was 20/20 in the right eye and 20/40 in the left eye. The right eye was normal and the left eye revealed an elevated, solid, vascularized mass originating from the peripheral fundus extending into the ciliary body. Intraretinal exudates were present inferior to the mass. The lesion measured 10X10X7 mm.
