A 41 year old white woman presented with decreasing vision in her right eye over a four month period. Her visual acuity was 20/400 right eye, and 20/20 left eye.
Ophthalmoscopy showed a large pigment epithelial detachment with overlying subretinal fluid in the right eye.
Fluorescein and indocyanine green angiography were performed, and representative frames are enclosed along with a color photograph of the right eye.
