- Left fundus photograph of a 64-year-old immunocompromised male with silicon oil in-situ who presented with extensive subretinal abscess that progressed to endophthalmitis and retinal detachment. Mycobacterium TB was grown on vitreous culture. Some exudates persist and these cleared after initiating antitubercular therapy.
