- A 58-year-old female with an acquired hemophagocytic syndrome secondary to M4 acute myelomonocytic leukemia developed a bilateral hemorrhagic retinopathy. The right eye macula was particularly affected due to major subfoveal hemorrhage, visible in fundus photograph and macular OCT.
